THE MAN BEHIND THE VISION

Meet Cory Pavlica

Cory was raised in an entrepreneurial family where business ownership—and the sense of community it creates—was part of everyday life. Although Cory spent 15 years serving as a firefighter, entrepreneurship remained a constant thread. At 21, he launched a handyman business that has since grown into a thriving construction company, operating for more than a decade.

In 2019, Cory and his family moved from Dripping Springs to Blanco in search of a small-town lifestyle. While they quickly fell in love with the town and its people, Cory recognized a gap: families had to leave Blanco for meaningful recreation and gathering spaces. Inspired by the land and rooted in his background in both construction and hospitality, Cory founded Judge’s Hill to create a place that honors the property’s history while delivering long-term value for the community and its investors.
